What a pity, I can't get Causa here in India. From what I just read about it, I am going to love this. Sour and stuffed with fish and chicken...umm...can't get any better. lol.
So the Inca remains aren't the only reason to visit Peru, eh? Also, I found the origin of the dish name very interesting. Look forward to more Peruvian delights!
